Unitary Foundation

Unitary Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to fostering a quantum technology ecosystem that benefits the widest possible audience. The foundation focuses on three core areas:

• Microgrants: Provides $4k cash grants to explorers worldwide for projects including open source quantum software, educational materials, and hardware prototypes. The application process is designed to be simple.
• Research: Conducts internal research to support the ecosystem, developing open-source tools such as Mitiq (error mitigation), QBench (benchmarks), and contributing to the QIR Alliance (compilers).
• Community: Hosts an active open-source quantum tech community on Discord, organizing hackathons and events.
